Training will focus on:
Building on foundational technique and introducing wrestling systems
Building physical strength, balance, and body control
Live wrestling, high paced drilling, and introduction to sparring
Developing grit, coachability, and a growth mindset
Recommended Ages: 11–14
One year of wrestling experience recommended.
Final placement determined by coaching staff.
Schedule:
3 structured practices per week
Access to optional open mats and extra sessions
Season Dates: November 3, 2025 – January 31, 2026
